Q: How do I get a job with Randstad?
A: Conduct your job search using keywords, entering your location and indicating the mile radius you want to search from your home. Once you identify positions that are of interest to you, and that you are qualified for, you may apply directly to the position, upload and parse your resume, and your information will be routed to the Randstad staffing consultant responsible for filling that position. You may also contact your local Randstad office.
Q: How do I narrow or expand my job search results?
A: Once your job search has returned a list of results, you can narrow or expand those results by using the refine categories on the left side panel of the screen. You can focus your search by geography, industry, job title, salary...to name a few!
Q: How do I request a new password?
A: Click the "forgot password?" link, under the entry field for "password", on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, which is also your username. After you hit "submit", a new system generated password will be emailed to you. You can use that password to sign in to your account. After signing in, you'll be able to create and save a new password. When requesting a new password, every time the password reset is used, passwords in any previous emails will no longer work. Always look for the most recent email that is sent to you.
Q: How do I sign in if my email account is no longer valid?
A: If the email account used to create your profile is no longer valid, you must create a new profile. If you're thinking about changing your email address, prior to making that change, you should sign in to your existing account and update your email address. This will ensure that you continue to have access to your account, profile and job application history.
Q: No one has contacted me about my application.
A: You can track the status of your applications, by signing in to your personal dashboard, under the 'my Randstad' tab. You may also contact your local Randstad office. That information is listed on your dashboard, in the job description, and is also searchable through the Randstad office locator. You can also create Job Alerts to notify you of new positions as they become available.
