Overview of CS Pro: - Our clients call centers that take external client calls around benefits annual enrollment utilize a proprietary tool called CS Pro. This is essentially an interface for the call center agent to access our clients employees information from a variety of underlying systems and databases (ie, it is able to seamlessly pull data from a variety of sources, and then displays it to the rep in an easier to use format). - CS Pro is customized/ configured for each client, and also is updated annually with enhancements. - For the implementations of this tool for new clients, and also for the update for existing clients, there is a standard implementation/ upgrade project plan. This plan is somewhat altered due to the specific client (timeline may be altered due to client requirements, features implemented may be altered due to client specific structure, etc). - The CS Pro application and its supporting project plans are in a very stable state meaning this is a fairly repetitive, process driven role. - This role is responsible for updating/ altering this standard project plan for the specifics of the client, and then administering the plan to ensure appropriate implementation or upgrade of CS Pro for the client. - There is no external client interaction only interacting with the internal client teams (who then interact with the external client) - Experience implementing/ managing tools in a call center environment would be a plus, but not required. - Focus on someone that can tailor the standard plan to each client, and then manage it through to completion for multiple clients. - Familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus. Job Duties: The role of the Researcher is to work with company recruiters to structure candidate sourcing and identify candidates. Responsibilities include identifying prospective targets using LinkedIn, internal databases and other sourcing tools, identifying companies and industries to target, identifying functions and skills to target, determining parameters for prioritizing candidates (i.e., which types of profiles are of greatest interest), building profiles of targeted individuals, creating reports for recruiters, and maintaining and updating candidate records in tracking database.
