Position Summary: Responsible for site-related activities for assigned studies. -Performs site visits -Performs TMF reviews -Reviews site-specific ICFs -Prepares and manages study communications including newsletters and study updates -Performs monitoring report reviews for outsourced studies -Provides support for CAPAs -Serves as a point of contact for investigator site questions, either directly or through CRO -Supports the project team with the development and/or review of study-related documents For in-house studies: -Conducts clinical site activities according to the monitoring plan and in accordance with the study timeline and objectives. This includes but is not limited to: -Training study site personnel on the protocol, applicable regulatory requirements, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system in collaboration with project team members. -Managing and tracking site progress of IRB/EC submissions and reviewing investigator regulatory files to ensure they are accurately maintained. -Ensuring protocol adherence and safety and protection of study subjects according to the protocol, monitoring plan, federal regulations, GCP and ICH Guidelines. Assist site with resolution of any deficiencies and retrain site staff as needed. -Ensuring integrity, quality and timeliness of data submitted from study sites, including appropriate reporting and follow-up for all safety events by site personnel. -Ensuring regulatory/sponsor inspection readiness at assigned study sites. -Managing and tracking site progress on patient enrollment and proactively identify issues that may impact enrollment/recruitment timelines. -Conducting all site visits from qualification to study closeout visits and prepare visit reports in accordance to Millennium procedures. -Ensuring proper storage, dispensation, administration and accountability of clinical trial material and supplies. -Participating in field training and mentoring of CRAs new to the study team. -Building relationships with current and potential investigators.
