Provide basic office administrative and clerical support to senior manager(s) or an office. Generally act as the first point of contact of the office. This position is temporary with the duration lasting 6 months. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative support duties in a corporate business office setting. The tasks are to be performed in a manner that will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual or team, as needed.
