This is essentially an interface for the call center agent to access our clients employees information from a variety of underlying systems and databases (ie, it is able to seamlessly pull data from a variety of sources, and then displays it to the rep in an easier to use format). - CS Pro is customized/ configured for each client, and also is updated annually with enhancements. - For the implementations of this tool for new clients, and also for the update for existing clients, there is a standard implementation/ upgrade project plan.
