This person must have affordable housing experience, unless this person has OneSite software experience in which case industry experience in property management or a related field would suffice. Support the local Fredericksburg Brokerage Team by providing marketing, research, and logistical services that allow the brokers to efficiently service, attract, and retain clients. Also, assist the Director of Brokerage Services and support the company-wide brokerage group consisting of more than 100 real estate professionals.
