The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level analytic reporting and administrative support. This position handles requests for information, prepares statistical reports and assists the department as needed. In addition, this role is responsible for administrative functions including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, coordinating meeting logistics and organizing the Director of Compensation & Benefits¿ calendar. The EA is required to manage confidential information.
