JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides case management services to a caseload of assigned program clients. 2. Refers applicants and clients to appropriate program components and supportive services such as child care assistance. 3. Coordinates all project services provided to a client. 4. Performs program orientation, job readiness screening and assessment. 5. Considers barriers to employment and assessment information in making activity assignments. 6. Assists the program client in creating an Employment Plan, accessing supportive services, implements the plan, and assesses/revises to achieve successful outcomes. Working hours: m-F Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience preferred; one year of experience in employment and training, economic support eligibility determination, or case management in an employment service program; knowledge of and experience in the Back to Work program a plus; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; the ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
