This role will be responsible for the East Coast of US. Candidates must have a business development background that encompasses I.T. Customer Care Solutions services. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the aggressive pursuit and sales of Strategic and Key Accounts, while communicating effectively within the organization. In addition, the BDM is responsible for driving, managing and coordinating the RFX process utilizing a Strategic Account and Solution Sales based approach. Works with Delivery, Marketing, Project Set-up, Legal, Finance and IT/Facilities Teams to implement Business Development initiatives. A Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. The best fit for a BDM is someone with an established network of contacts within Customer Care Solutions business development. The ideal BDM for our team is knowledgeable about multi-tier Contact Center technical support structures, including; multi-lingual technical support, on premise and off-premise support, multi-channel support via phone, web, live chat, and social media. A good working knowledge of COPC is preferred, but not required. The person should possess strong inter-personal, communication and other associated soft skills and should be a proven driven leader.
