POSITION SUMMARY: The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the provision of analytical and professional benefits related support to RNA employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manages the Call Center - Benefits Hotline. - Answers employee inquiries regarding the various benefit programs, company policies and procedures.
